Who we are

Minka is run by Nomads Digital Kft., Levente utca 14/A, 2161 Csomád, Hungary (see imprint). These terms apply to using the site, to accounts, leaderboards and the coin shop. For photo puzzles the photo puzzle order terms apply as well.

Playing

All games are free and playable without an account. We do our best to keep everything running but cannot promise it. Games and features may change.
Please do not use programs that play automatically and do not interfere with the site. We may remove results obtained that way from leaderboards and tournaments.

Account

You can create an account from the age of 16. It is for you alone; keep your password secret.
You can delete your account on the account page at any time.
If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, we may block the account. We then tell you why, and you can object by email.

Names on the leaderboard

Your leaderboard name is public. Please no insults, no offensive or unlawful content, no advertising or links, no other people’s names and nothing that looks like a name of our team.
We may hide or change names that break these rules. We look at every case individually, tell you by email what we did and why, and you can reply to contest it.
Seen a name that is not OK? Write to contact@nomads-digital.com with the name, the page and the reason. We deal with it promptly and get back to you.

Tournaments and prizes

The weekly cup and the daily ranking only give coins and badges as prizes, never money. Bought coins give no advantage in the tournament.

Coins and purchases

You earn coins by playing. You can also buy them; for that you need an account and must be at least 18. All prices are final prices including VAT.
The purchase is made when you order with obligation to pay on the page of our payment provider Stripe and the payment is confirmed. The coins are then in your account straight away; you get a confirmation email.
We refund bought coins you have not spent yet within 14 days of the purchase. To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page or write to contact@nomads-digital.com.
When you unlock an extra with bought coins, you confirm first that you want it right away and that your right of withdrawal for that extra then ends.
Coins do not expire, belong to your account and cannot be paid out, sold or given away. If we close the site, we announce it at least 3 months ahead and refund coins bought in the last 14 days that were not spent.

Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected in any case.

Changes

If we change these terms, the new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page. For important changes we email account holders beforehand. Coins already bought keep their value.

Governing law and courts

Hungarian law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can go to court there.
